Sauce recipe:
I lb ground beef
Canned tomatos
Artichoke hearts
Basil
Garlic
Chopped onion
Splash of red wine
Brown the beef. Add remaining ingrediants and simmer.
Preheat oven to 350
Poke holes in spaghetti squash
Bake for 45 mins
Slice sqush and remove seeds
Remove squash with a fork and add to sauce
